Welcome to ANE Rides. By booking a vehicle through our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
  • Payment must be made in full before vehicle pick-up.
  • Valid government-issued ID and driver’s license are required.

2. Vehicle Use

  • The renter must be at least 21 years old (or as per local laws).
  • The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities.
  • Any traffic fines during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before pick-up are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late cancellations may incur charges.

4. Damages & Liability

  • The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
  • Insurance coverage may be available (details provided at booking).

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
